Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Oakland Park, Florida, Biagi & Associates Engineering is a Women-Owned, Broward County CBE certified structural engineering firm. Led by two licensed Professional Engineers, we have spent decades earning the trust of South Florida's construction and development community across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties. We offer residential design, commercial design, structural inspections, Milestone inspections, and concrete repair and restoration services. Diana is a licensed Professional Engineer and co-founder of Biagi & Associates Engineering, bringing over three decades of structural engineering experience to projects across South Florida. She leads the firm's business development, client relations, and project pricing — and is known for her hands-on approach to keeping projects on track and resolving challenges quickly when they arise. Diana's legal background informs her deep understanding of contracts, project documentation, and risk management, making her a uniquely effective advocate for her clients' engineering needs. Fluent in Spanish, Diana works comfortably with South Florida's diverse developer, contractor, and homeowner community. She manages a broad portfolio of residential and commercial structural engineering projects and inspections throughout Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties.

Diane is a licensed Professional Engineer with a Master of Science degree and co-founder of Biagi & Associates Engineering. She serves as the firm's technical lead, overseeing complex structural calculations, engineering analysis, and the training and mentorship of the firm's engineering staff. Diane also manages the firm's financial operations, bringing the same rigor and precision to the business side of the practice that she applies to structural design. Fluent in Spanish, she brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every project. Diane manages a broad portfolio of residential and commercial structural engineering projects and inspections throughout Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties, and is a proud member of ASCE and the Society of Women Engineers.
Joambar is a structural engineer and designer with a strong foundation in structural analysis and design across a wide range of materials and systems. Trained in Venezuela, she brings engineering expertise to the Biagi & Associates team and is currently working toward her Florida Professional Engineer licensure. Joambar's technical proficiency spans reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry, timber, aluminum, post-tension systems, and light gauge steel — giving her the versatility to contribute meaningfully across the full spectrum of the firm's residential and commercial projects throughout South Florida.
Magda is the first point of contact at Biagi & Associates and the organizational hub of the firm's front office. She manages all incoming calls and emails, handles scheduling of inspections and meetings, and oversees all printing and document production — ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis. Magda also coordinates the firm's special inspections scheduling, keeping field work aligned with project timelines and client expectations. Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and French, Magda is uniquely positioned to serve the diverse clientele that defines South Florida's construction and development community — making every client feel heard and supported from the very first interaction.
Magaly is an expert structural drafter with advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, bringing exceptional speed and precision to every set of construction documents she produces. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to read and interpret complex structural plans, Magaly translates the engineering team's designs into clear, accurate, and permit-ready construction drawings with remarkable efficiency. Her deep understanding of structural plans and drafting standards makes her an integral part of project delivery at Biagi & Associates, ensuring that construction documents are not only technically precise but produced on a timeline that keeps projects moving forward across South Florida.
Jacqueline is the operational backbone of Biagi & Associates. As a Project Management Professional (PMP), she brings certified project management discipline to every aspect of the firm's day-to-day operations. Jacqueline manages the full billing cycle — from preparing and sending client proposals to invoicing, accounts receivable, and active enforcement of billing — ensuring the firm's financial operations run with the same precision as its engineering work. On the project side, she tracks every active engagement from start date through completion, monitors deadlines, follows up on missing information, and reviews contracts for change orders — keeping projects on schedule and clients informed at every stage. Fluent in Creole, Jacqueline is also a valuable point of contact for the firm's Haitian-Creole speaking clients across South Florida. Her behind-the-scenes coordination is a key reason Biagi & Associates consistently delivers on time and on budget.
